Located 32 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD, Yarrawarrah is a hilly suburb which boarders the Royal National Park. The area is mainly residential, and most houses have been constructed over the past 40 years.
Yarrawarrah is known for its fresh air and community atmosphere. Yarrawarrah Public School is situated on Old Bush Road and caters for children from kindergarten through to Year 6.
Transport: Yarrawarrah is a little under 60 minutes’ drive from the Sydney CBD. A regular City Rail service runs from nearby Engadine.
Yarrawarrah has a small shopping village which contains a GP clinic, a pharmacy, restaurants and a convenience store. Most residents travel to near-by Engadine to access secondary schools, and the larger shopping centre.
